The Grand Elk Owners Association
The Grand Elk Owners Association (GEOA) is a Colorado nonprofit Master Association, established under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). The Association is responsible for the oversight, administration, and management of the community, ensuring operations remain aligned with governing documents and Colorado law.

Grand Elk property owners who choose to rent their homes on a short-term basis are responsible for ensuring their guests understand and follow community expectations.

Grand Elk Design Review Board
The Grand Elk Design Review Board (DRB) oversees architectural guidelines to ensure that every home and improvement reflects the community’s shared vision. The Design Review Guidelines and Regulations provide a common framework of materials, styles, and standards, encouraging creativity while maintaining harmony with the surrounding landscape. The goal is to foster a diverse yet cohesive neighborhood that complements the natural beauty of Grand Elk.
